We ask that clients reserve personal windows of time to drop off and pick up instruments. This helps us manage the flow of traffic and keeps us organized so we can get repairs done more efficiently. If a time or day isn’t shown it’s already been booked or is otherwise unavailable.

We promise the scheduler is always up to date with our fullest availability for each appointment type. Pinkie swear promise, so you know we mean it.

Please note that appointment spots often fill up several weeks in advance. Be sure to check the date of your appointment.

All Drop off, Quick instrument adjustment, and Service consultation and evaluation appointments will incur a small NON-REFUNDABLE fee for securing an appointment due at the time of scheduling. If you need to reschedule your appointment the confirmation email will include links to change your appointment time so you won’t be charged twice. Once your appointment is confirmed there are no refunds.

Pro tip- If and when Justin starts talking your ear off, kindly remind him that you have a life and that you really need to get going. He can talk for 15 minutes without taking a breath.
